Our technicians use Mako MK5 test kits to verify all backflow assemblies are working properly. We calibrate our kits annually to ensure they are reading accurately for both our customers and the water purveyor.

Testing

Backflow assemblies are required by Idaho State Plumbing Code to be tested at a minimum of once per year. Our experienced team will ensure compliance and that our local potable water distribution systems are protected.

Repairs

Backflow assemblies have internal valves that open and close either allowing or preventing water flow. Over time and depending on the usage as well as water quality the parts inside an assembly can become worn or damaged which may cause a valve to fail.

Replacement

When a backflow assembly is no longer able to be repaired and must be replaced. If our staff has confirmed the backflow assembly has failed its annual test and can no longer be repaired, we can provide a comprehensive quote within 24hrs.
